Hello Everyone!

We are in the market for a couple hard working employees. EXPERIENCED carpenters start at $20 an hour.

Corder Builders: Founded by Jeff Corder, this business has done amazing from loyal customers and word of mouth advertisement.

We do it all; from building a house bottom to top, remodels, pole barns, outdoor landscaping, to just popping in and fixing someone's electrical problem.

Preferred that you have experience but not necessary. Highschool diploma/ GED is a plus.

Job Description:
Hard working people, that are fast learners/willing to learn the business. It honestly depends on the job you are on. Must be able to lift 40+ lbs, climb ladders, paint, carry wood, stay busy cleaning. Show up on time and stay until the job is done. Typical hours are 8:30am-4:30pm. The location's we usually work are around the Lancaster area/Logan/Hocking County/ Lithopolis area. So must have reliable transportation. This job is easy going as long as you are getting your work done. You have the opportunity to learn all about carpentry.

Tools you will need to purchase if you don't already have: Hammer, tape measure, pencils. Dress for the weather: need boots and accommodating clothing.

You do get paid hourly, the hourly rate depends solely on you. There are ways to progress your hourly pay, you can start at $12 and literally make your way up to $25. (not saying you will start at that rate but we start everyone at least at $10 an hour)
