In case you aren't a current or past client of mine, I thought I'd share a little about who I am behind all the "SOLD" posts. 💜💚

I'm a lover of nature, animals, and all living things—animals especially have a special place in my heart.

Purple and green are my favorite colors, and I'm always inspired by growth, change, and becoming a better version of myself. Stagnancy isn't really my style.

I'm a creator at heart, a people person, and someone who loves to read, write, and learn. I also have a slight addiction to Dr Pepper—so traveling too far from civilization can sometimes become a problem! 😂

From a young age, I found the most peace outdoors. Whether it's sitting by a lake, gardening, camping, traveling, riding, or simply experiencing something new, being outside makes my soul sparkle.

I adore my family, my unwaveringly supportive husband, my kids, our pets, and the simple moments that make life meaningful.

One thing I've never forgotten is where I came from. The order I try to live by is simple:

✨ God first.✨ Family second.✨ Everything else falls into place.

Work hard. Have good intentions. Treat people right. Trust God's timing and provision.

Real estate is what I do, but serving people, building relationships, and living a life with purpose is who I am.

Nothing is worse than trying to move into a new house this summer and not knowing what to expect, so let me break it down for you...

First, we'd sit down over a cup of coffee (on zoom or a local coffee shop), and get really clear on your timeline, your finances, & your goals.

“BUT WHAT IF WE SELL AND CAN’T FIND ANYTHING?”

That’s the biggest worry I hear from move-up buyers. Don’t worry, we talk through that upfront and build a plan around it...

Next, we'd walk through your current home together. I'd create a custom checklist so you know exactly what to tackle before we list (no wasting money on things buyers won't care about).

Depending on your goals and timeline, we’d find your new home and list your current home.

Sometimes this is done at the same time, and sometimes it’s staggered. Like I said, it depends on your situation!
