First, we'd sit down over a cup of coffee (on zoom or a local coffee shop), and get really clear on your timeline, your finances, & your goals.

Memorial Day will always mean more than flags, cookouts, and a day off. It’s for remembering the men and women who left home to serve this country and never made it back.

I was the girl who did all the sports, drill team, talked to much…
ā€œsmart but doesn’t apply herselfā€ showed up on my report card a lot. Didn’t really have one solid friend group - just kind of everywhere.

Didn’t get a single senior superlative.
So here is what they should’ve been šŸ‘‡šŸ¼

Most likely to know the best backroad routes to all the listings (Also a PRO navigator downtown, since busting laps was an after school ritual)

Most likely to know which of the homes for sale were the best party spots (I’ll show you but you’ll have to park at DKs and ride with me to get there šŸ˜‰)

Most likely to turn ā€œjust lookingā€ into ā€œunder contractā€ (Can you believe they said I wouldn’t make it without a 4 year degree?! šŸ‘€)

Most likely to get iced coffee 3x a week at Connect Coffee (although 20 years ago it would have been a sugar free Red Bull from Boss man’s)

Turns out I didn’t need a title back then…
just some time to prove them wrong.
And no - I definitely didn’t peak in high school.
