1. General laborer- up to $30/hr
2. Admin assistant - up to $30/hr
3. Acquisition specialist- 30% commission plus hourly (six figure potential)
4. Integration partner- handles all aspects of the business, keeps deals moving, must be highly motivated and meticulous. Equity opportunity, six figure to multiple six figure ++ opportunity

Laborer- trim, paint, siding, flooring, demo, drywall, roofing etc

Admin assistant- answer calls, emails, utility bills, communication with title company and lenders

Acquisition- Calls/messages with motivated sellers, appointments with sellers, typical sales are $10k+ so commissions can range from $3k-10k+. Multiple sales per week can be typical.

Integration partner- highly meticulous individual needed, handles the back end of entire business. Keeps day to day operations going. Equity opportunity. Must be very organized and enjoy being so.
