This was a GREAT result. Here we have a beautiful 1890s home that tested at around 8.0 pCi/L -- twice the EPA threshold. After installing two suction points, a high suction fan, and lots of concrete patchwork on the floor, the house retested at 0.6pCi/L.

We at Radman Radon love to get creative and push for the best end result in both performance and aesthetic. In this case we wanted to avoid boring through 18 inches of old stone foundation, mount the high-performance fan away from high-use areas, and hide the fan from road view. The end result may look unusual, but is the result of experience and careful consideration. We treat every home like it is our own!
