Maia is 8, and Zanna is 5! We have lived here our whole lives, so when it comes to Northern Illinois area real estate, there's no one better to turn to. Congratulations, Nate and Jenny! 🎉🏡

I am so proud and honored to have helped Nate and Jenny close on their beautiful new home in Caledonia!

This one hits differently. Nate is a newly retired U.S. Air Force fighter pilot who spent his long career defending our freedom — as well as flying right wing for the Thunderbirds, the Air Force's elite precision flying demonstration team. Talk about living a mission most of us can only imagine.

What made this journey even more special: Nate was stationed in Germany through the process. He trusted me to represent him and Jenny every step of the way, sight unseen, all the way up until our final walk-through yesterday — the very first time he laid eyes on his new home in person!

That kind of trust is not something I take lightly, and it's the reason I love what I do. Helping military families navigate a cross-country (and overseas!) move into their forever home is one of the greatest honors of this job.

🎉 JUST SOLD — This one tested us. When we first listed, we brought in 7 offers and went under contract significantly over asking — then the buyer’s financing fell through just 2 days before closing.

We didn’t panic. We regrouped, put it back on the market, and landed 6 strong offers the second time around. Accepted one over asking, and this time the transaction closed smooth from start to finish.

Huge congrats to my sellers — your patience and trust made all the difference.

🔑 Congratulations, Patience — you did it!

This one was a journey for sure. We had some real bumps with the lender, but Patience kept pushing and we kept pushing with him. That's just what you do.
