Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Michigan Real Estate is the brokerage I choose after weighing all of my options in real estate. Choosing the greatest company we encountered in all our years of working with REALTORS®. Starting as a laborer at age 15, I eventually become the Vice President of The Caleb Corporation where I performed value-engineering for State Universities. (Value-engineering is finding the best solution based on need, cost, and value.) He achieved an unheard-of accomplishment of accuracy with a one-tenth of one percent estimate on an over 43 million dollar project, The Grand Valley State University Nursing School in Grand Rapids. At Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Michigan Real Estate we are experts in value and we are committed to providing our clients “with the best bang for the buck.”

REALTORS® must wear many hats and must know when and where to point clients to depend on experts! I would not offer legal advice. I do not have that license! I will not do work outside my license. Previously, I inspected homes and commercial buildings for lenders and owners and will direct you to those professions based on your requirements. I bring clients not only our expertise but the power of my contacts! I bring clients the years of experience and our contacts to many of the best experts in the country “most times, life is not just WHAT you know, but WHO you know that knows the BEST information available at the time.”
