Cleaning process. 4 -30yd dumpsters to empty contents from house. Vacuum, gas pressure washer, scrub, degrease, scrub again. Steel wool with simple green, wash, buff with random orbit and polish. Spray wax walls. Huge difference in look, and smell.

Neat old stamps from assembly found during rehab, original bound assembly manual found in a closet. #2500 serial tag.

Garage and breezeway rebuild fall 2022-spring 2023. Was condemned by the city 6 years prior for structural issues. New trusses, new sheeting, door removed, windows removed, breezeway demolished. New roof, siding, service door.

Utility room start to finish. New appliances, water heater, furnace cleaned and repaired.
