What a week! Just got this home under contract today with my first time home buyer client. Originally we were looking at homes with a couple acres and a pole barn…but the homes weren’t quite up to par. So we switched to homes in town that had a garage and in much better shape. Congrats to my Buyer!!

Got this beautiful brand new condo under contract today. Officially Pending!! Congrats to my Buyers. We looked at alot of new construction condos and homes in the area. This 3 bed 3 bath condo stood out from the rest. 😎

Got this home under contract late last Friday. Husband relocated to west MI for a job and his wife is still out of state. So they needed to find a place sooner than later. This home checked most of their want list boxes. Congrats to my Buyers!!

Closed on a home today….and got this one under contract today. Congrats to my first time home buyer! We looked at a few homes and this one just plain stood out. Somehow it survived 12 days on market for us to get it. The market continues to be extremely competitive but sometimes it’s just meant to be. 😎
