The Story Behind 77 Landall Lane
Every once in a while, a project comes along that feels different. Not just another build. Not just another address. Something more intentional. More personal. More… complete.
77 Landall Lane is one of those projects.

Where It Started
This story didn’t begin with a set of plans or even a vision for a house. It started with a piece of property… and a decision. What was once a single parcel with an existing home has slowly, thoughtfully transformed into something entirely new—three buildable lots, a private road, and a blank canvas for what’s next. That private road carries a name that means something to me: Landall Lane—a combination of my two sons’ names, Landon and Allister. There’s something special about creating something that lasts. Even more so when it carries a piece of your family with it. And somehow, out of all of this, the address 77 Landall Lane found its way to the front of the project.
Born in 1977, I’ve always had a connection to that number. Two sevens. Simple. Strong. Complete. It felt fitting that this would be the home to bring the entire vision together.
