Rockford Buyers & Sellers - not surprising, as we wind down Summer & head to Fall market that we have stable market activity with sold volume and average sale price also stable. Median price of closed sales is slightly higher with LP/SP ratio down just a bit. Average days on market remains unchanged from July.
