Another Sunday tour! This practical corner lot has it all! Wood floors, wood blinds, glass door k***s and so much charm. PLUS a dining room! 🏡

Super thankful I had the opportunity to chat with the listing agent: Yudys Rubante with Five Star Real Estate

There is an Open House today if you are wanting to see that gorgeous pool in person! 12-2pm

Happy house hunting and I’d be honored to show you around this NE side cutie! ®️🏡🔑

🏡 The best features sometimes are outside the door!👀

When house hunting, don’t just fall in love with the kitchen and the cute little porch. (I mean I do love a good front porch!) Look at what surrounds the house, too.

📚 A nearby library
🌳 Parks
🏙️ Senior Center (your taxes are going somewhere, may as well be to support the aging population!)
🚌 walkable area

These are the things that can make a neighborhood more enjoyable, convenient, and connected to the life you may want to live. My children and I attended library programs before they could walk and in every city we have lived! Having parks nearby make a community come alive!🏡❤️🙌🏼

Another morning meeting and another opportunity to enjoy the light that is always available at Sparrows Coffee in Grand Rapids!

Just the best spot for outdoor gathering and grabbing groceries when I need to! ☕️🍂

This was a swift transaction and also evidence of when the right team gets together, things can be smooth.

When Kelsey Raap of My City Home Loans Grand Rapids Branch NMLS # 139304 asked the buyers for documents, they responded quickly, when we had to make shifts, I was available and ensured communications with the selling agent was concise.

This was my first closing with Transnation Title Agency- Grand Rapids Division and 10 out 10, would recommend!!

Grateful for a mello(er) roller coaster ride in this sometimes wild business of real estate. Not every transaction is smooth, but that is NOT the goal. Satisfied clients is my overarching goal!!

Thrilled and looking forward to game night with my buyers in the future!🥰

I could have said “more art, please.” Which works.

But weird art is something I admire and wanna see more of.

Whether as a renter or an owner, art and creating art brings enjoyment to a space, always.

This block of holds lovely memories from my childhood and then for my own children. These homes are nothing like a newly built home, because they were built to last forever. For generations.🏡

This home is spacious and has thoughtful landscaping, with alley access and a privacy fence. Solid choices for city living.

If you want to live within walking distance of everything East GR has to offer, this is it. I can meet you there!

Sweet reminders of moments pure joy was felt and experienced. ☀️

Still on that gratitude and now because of some top notch marketing I want to look into sugaring with Reva | Grand Rapids Skincare + Sugaring! Superb. ✨

Lesson learned: I like color.

Let’s chat about knockers, door knockers, 😘 such a simple statement that can add so much to a front door! Add a kick plate if you’re sassy! 🚪🙌🏼

They can be personal or classic, the variety I have shared here vary in price and seem reasonable. (See below) Enjoy them for years or when you are ready to sell, this curb appeal addition will have buyers chatting…

Yes, we love that home with the bat door knocker! 🦇🪩 Give them a unique talking point!!

.ladies.book.club hit it out of the park last night with a delightful gathering! 🙌🏼

A little analog exchange, we met at and each participant brought five activities or crafts. We decorated totes with pins or iron on patches and shopped the exchange. Time well spent! 🫶🏼❤️🪩

Big thanks to the sponsor and .jen.with.one.n for always having the best event ideas!! ☀️
