When RE/MAX United opened its doors on June 7, 2012, none of us could have known exactly what the next 14 years would look like.

Some of these faces have been here since the beginning. Others joined along the way. Together, we've helped thousands of clients make moves, build memories, and start new chapters.

We're grateful for every agent, staff member, and client who has been part of the journey. Thank you for trusting us with some of life's biggest decisions and allowing us to be part of your story.

If you're heading downtown Saturday morning, stop by the RE/MAX United office on the corner of Monroe and Courtland for free popcorn and lemonade before the parade.

We've been doing this for years, and it's one of our favorite Rockford traditions. Whether you're watching the parade, meeting friends downtown, or just enjoying a summer morning in Rockford, we'd love to see you.

The popcorn machine will be up and running at 10:00 AM. The parade starts at 11:00.

The RE/MAX Balloon Team made a special visit to Cannonsburg Elementary this morning for a fun lesson on the history of hot air balloons and how they work. 🎈

From seeing the balloon up close to getting the chance to step inside it, this was one of those experiences the students will probably remember for a long time.

Huge thanks to Cannonsburg Elementary and the RE/MAX Balloon Team for making it happen.

One of the best parts of what we do is getting to show up in the community beyond real estate, and today was a pretty great example of that. ❤️💙

273 hanging baskets handed out yesterday as a thank you to our clients.

A greenhouse full of conversations, community, and RE/MAX United agents working together.

Mornings like this are a reminder that culture matters. Our agents support each other, show up for their clients, and build relationships that last beyond the transaction.

Got to spend the morning in Rockford with Heart of West Michigan United Way's Operation United, helping out at Jimmy's home.

A little landscaping, some laughs, and a lot of teamwork. One of those days that reminds you why this matters.

Jimmy made sure we were taken care of too...showed up with cupcakes for the crew!

And seeing him recognized for his service with a coin was a moment we'll all remember.

Grateful to have been a part of it.

We had a packed house for training this week as our agents spent time on two things we’re seeing more of in real time.

First, the market. More inventory, fewer homes going way over list, and negotiations starting to matter again.

Second, a full training on well and septic systems. How they work, what tends to go wrong, and what it actually means when it shows up in an inspection.

Nothing flashy. Just making sure we’re sharp on the things that matter once a deal is under contract.
