🌟 Marketing Spirit Week – Day 4 🌟
✨ Behind the Sign Thursday ✨

Today didn’t look like training or prepping for an open house 🏡, but it was one of those moments that reminds me why I love real estate. A past client I helped back in June reached out and surprised me with a thoughtful gift.

That small gesture meant the world to me. It was a reminder that the effort, care, and long hours I put in really matter. It let me know she felt seen, supported, and cared for during her journey, and that’s all I could ever hope for as an agent. 🩵

We didn’t get much time to catch up today, but coffee and sticky buns are already in the works for the near future. It’s these little moments and lasting relationships that happen “behind the sign”! 🩵

There’s a lot to love about Richmond County, but for me it’s the everyday things that make it so special.

🏡 I love the small-town rhythm of life. Where you’re not stuck in traffic for hours and getting around is simple.
🚜 I love that almost no matter where you go, there’s always a dirt road waiting to take you the long way around.
👋 I love that I know my neighbors and that I could call on them if I was ever in a bind.
🩵I love that folks here are always ready to lend a hand when it’s needed.

💡 Just because you’re pre-approved for a certain amount…
👉 Doesn’t mean you’ll love that monthly payment.

When you talk with your lender, don’t stop at “how much can I get approved for?”
Ask:
✅ What will my monthly payment look like with taxes & insurance included?
✅ What price range should I be looking in to stay close to my monthly budget?

💰 And remember, there are loan options! For example, you can use seller-paid closing costs to “buy down” your interest rate and lower your monthly payment.

✨ Having these conversations upfront sets the standard for your home search. That way, you’re looking at homes that fit both your heart and your budget, and you’re not falling in love with something that would stretch you too thin.

🏡 At the end of the day, it’s not just about how much you can spend… it’s about finding the perfect home while still being able to enjoy dinners out, vacations, and the everyday things that make life sweet. 🩵

⭐️ A Little About Me ⭐️

Our BIC has us doing a Marketing Spirit Week, and today is Meet Me Monday, the perfect chance to reintroduce myself! 🤗

Next month marks 5 years since I got my real estate license, and in that time I’ve been proud to serve Richmond County and all the surrounding areas. While I love getting to tour beautiful homes, my favorite part of this job has always been the people, negotiating for my clients, building relationships, and seeing the joy on their faces at the closing table. 🏡 😊

At my core, I’m an honest and transparent person, and I carry that into every transaction. I believe you deserve an agent who always has your best interest at heart and gives you real answers, not just the “pretty words” to win your business.

Now for a little about me personally 🩵
I was raised in Richmond County by my grandparents, and today my world revolves around my little family: Trey (you may know him as the owner of Towtime) and our two boys, Karson and Keegan. We’ve been together for 17 years, and family will always be my center.

Outside of real estate, I’m a simple person. Give me a good book or TV show and I’m happy, anything from crime documentaries to The Summer I Turned Pretty. I also love food and trying new places to eat. I believe as long as you surround yourself with good food and good people, you’ll always feel at home.
