If you got one of the Entry Notice, and haven't seen anyone yet, most likely you won't, H.U.D. has codes that housing has to uphold and not changing the HVAC filters could be a H.U.D. Violation, they could be using this a maintenance tax write off, and not even doing the work, I talk to 3 maintenance people 2 didn't even know anything about it, one said I can't comment on that and said I had to call the office. 3 other tenant's told me they was waiting for them to come as well, NO SHOW.

This is the back of the toilet handle, it broke from the rush there fix was put a hook in another hole on the rusted out handle rail, soon to break again, another half ass fix. all they did was knock out the rust that filled up the 2nd hole and put the hook in all they did was pro long the real fix.

Put a ticket on my toilet, it's was leaking around the base at the floor, They said they fixed it but it was still leaking after the fix, so when he came back to check on it, I told him it was still leaking so the final fix was to caulk around the toilet to keep it from running in the floor, so it's still leaking but under the toilet where you can't see it. also had one on the tank leaking as well , nothing was done about that still leaking. The bolts on the tank are rusted out leaving rust makes on the floor. and the man had to see it when working on the toilet.

The lady came when I was sleeping, called the number on the paper she left, they told me she could still be in the area to watch for her caught her at the apartments next to my building she refuse to inspect my apt.

This is my lights sometimes when windy yes I put in ticket on it to never heard back, not even sure they came and looked even showed maintenance video of it nothing was said.

This is the final fix, they didn't put no black celotex board back, leaving the brick wall open, no insulation back or drywall. they put the counters back with holes in the back nothing to stop the winter air from coming in can't wait to see winter power bill.
