Pine Lakes started this sign of love and respect many years ago by the parent's of Troy Carr who passed in the line of duty.

Hey there Pine Lakes Community Rockingham, NC . The weather will be much more conducive to outdoor activities soon and we will be in full swing with preparations for neighborhood events. Some of you have already mentioned a few activities. We would love to hear from YOU what you'd like to see take place. These are ideas we already have been given.
1. Trunk or Treat
2. Community Yard Sale
3. Semi-Annual Cookout
4. Christmas Caroling
5. Showing Police/Military Support with a single Blue Light in your Window at Christmas in Memory or in Honor of an individual.
5. Involvement and Commitment to the Entrance of the Neighborhood

*Please note that we are asking for volunteers from each road to represent during meetings.
We plan to have our first meeting Oct. 6th at 3pm. Location TBD.
