🏄 A new surf destination has been approved for west Placer.

Our Planning Commission today approved plans for the Alchemy Surf Resort, a new recreational and hospitality destination planned within the Placer One development area.

The resort will feature a 5-acre surf lagoon, 100-room hotel, bungalows, dining, an action sports hub, skate facilities, beaches, a standing wave pool and more.

Inland Surf Company is targeting a spring 2027 groundbreaking.
