📚Once upon a time my lender, Ken, gave me a call.. started out with a how are you and ended with a new client in my portfolio. I was tasked with assisting Jeremy in finding his first home.

📍With just a few trips up from the bay to take a look at a few handfuls of property.. we were able to secure a beautiful home.

📍Not just a beautiful home but a beautiful community. Sutter- close to work, not too far away from grocery stores, close access to many outdoor activities, and a close loving community. Sutter is simply a gem and I could not be more excited to welcome them both into this community.
