So my investor buyers placed an offer on a home over the weekend around 300k and the seller received 33 offers!

Another buyer placed an offer around 1,000,000 after the home has been sitting for a while and the seller received 2 more offers.

I also hosted an Open House on Sat in Roseville home under 500k and the people looking were serious buyers.
1. First time home buyers.
2. Parents helping their children buy their first home.
3. Neighbor looking for a bigger home in the same neighborhood.

Interest rates soften a bit and people go out to buy, I think it’s going to be another great year for sellers 2024. 😉
