I think itās time for a much needed reintroduction to who I am and whatās to come!
Iām Susan, a licensed California REALTORĀ® with 20+ years of industry experience relocating clients across town and across the country; most specifically, Placer County and its surrounding communities. I realize that buying and selling a home is a very significant, time-intensive, and personal process and work tirelessly to understand my clients and their needs. I believe this sets me apart from the competition and keeps my skills honed in to best make my clientsā real estate dreams a reality.
I thrive on working with an array of clients. Whether you are a first-time buyer looking to enter the residential market, transitioning to a new living space, or looking for an investment property to purchase; I am there for each stage in life. I know that providing personalized service and trusted advice is vital. In addition to strong negotiating skills, I guide clients through getting their houses ready for the market, as well as providing quality vendors for renovations. I am there every step of the way.
Outside of Real Estate, I enjoy golf, cooking, traveling with family, and hanging out with my two rescue dogs (Bean and Ruby).
Together, my husband, Brian Bennett, and I are also local restaurateurs and philanthropists with our brands Bennettās American Cooking and Paul Martinās. I truly believe I bring the skills and strengths that have helped me thrive in the local restaurant business into my real estate interactions.
