Buying a home is emotional. There’s the paperwork, the finances, the questions you think you should know the answers to, and sometimes, a whole lot of anxiety.

One of the things we tell our clients all the time is that you’re never supposed to know everything.

That’s our job.

Hearing a client say, “I never felt judged,” and “I felt like I could call you anytime,” means more to us than any closing photo ever could.

Our goal has never been to simply help people buy houses.

It’s to make them feel supported, educated, and confident throughout the entire process. If we end up feeling more like friends by the end of it, that’s just the icing on the cake.

One of my favorite things about real estate is getting to highlight the communities that make our area so special.

Lincoln has changed a lot over the last 20 years. What was once a small town has grown into one of the fastest-growing cities in the country, but it’s local businesses like this that give Lincoln its character and sense of community.

This week, I stopped by The Trax, a local tap house that’s quickly becoming a favorite spot in town.

With 28 beers on tap, a full food menu, smoked meats, trivia nights, karaoke, and a great atmosphere, it’s the kind of place that brings people together.
