**Crazy UPDATE, & Thank you!!!!
Since posting about my Real Estate Consultation Services just a few days ago, the response and results that have followed are, without a doubt, worth communicating to you guys. Especially those of you who are STRUGGLING AGENTS, or those of you who are about to BUY or SELL a house and are thinking about WHO to HIRE.
In the last 10 days, I've consulted 2 NEW Buyers, 2 NEW Sellers & 1 Agent who was riding the struggle bus.
Buyers: This group may have had the most exciting week of all the groups I'll be covering. With buyers relocating from the Midwest and The Korean Peninsula, as well as some buyers just shifting their locality, my buyers had a fantasticly successful week on the grind. All of these buyers are currently in contract and waiting to close on their homes. For those relocating across state lines and Internationally, their searches took less than 3 days, and their escrows are set to close within the month.
How long have you been looking for your house?
Sellers: I will have some inventory coming up in Lake Wildwood, as well as a nearly seven-figure breath-taker in West Roseville near the New High School. These sellers both reached out after I made my last update 10 days ago. They were connected with my local team of real estate professionals within hours of reaching out, and they both received Listing/Marketing proposals within a couple days of contacting me. Topics that were addressed included pricing, relocation, expectation management, listing preparation, how to position ourselves within the market, and introducing the sellers to our entire team of cleaning professionals, landscape experts, handymen, general contractors, interior designers, stagers, financial gurus, and administrative assistants.
For those of you that are trying to come up with your own way forward, please understand that selling your home is not a shot in the dark; it's a calculated science and something my team and I have never failed to successfully accomplish.

Also over the last week, I provided my consultation services to an agent that had gone nearly a month without any acceptable offers on a property in Placer county. Both the agent and the sellers were dumbfounded about their predicaments and their lack of success. After looking everything over, I made some very assertive recommendations that were immediately implemented. 48 hours later, the house in question had five offers (3 ALL CASH), all over list price. The house will close in just over a week with some of the most desirable terms I've ever seen.
