ool supplier working throughout Northern California. During his tenure, I served on a number of professional and civic advisory boards, including the Mobile Tool Dealers of America Advisory Board, the San Joaquin County Workforce Investment Board, and my local church. I never lost my passion for real estate and continued my training in the appraisal of residential property at Fresno City College in 1993, and the American Appraisal Institute in 1995. Now retired from the tool business, I have come full circle and am able to devote my full-time energy to helping my clients buy and sell residential real estate.
