Good to know if you are thinking about selling.

Selling below the list price? Yep. Going below the list price hardly happened in 2021, but it's a different trend today. Half of all sales should be selling below the original price at this time of year (see red line). In August so far about 60% of closed sales have sold below the original list price. Look, this is a market where buyers are getting more used to paying below the list price. This doesn't happen in every escrow, but buyers are here for it. Sellers, are you listening to the market? STAT: 37.6% of all active listings in the Sacramento region have had a price reduction (that’s 1,274 listings). And a few visuals in the comments.

Interesting (and long) article about how Rocklin is nearly out of space to build and how that affects prices. I think Roseville is getting pretty close.

While the influx of people moving to areas like Roseville and Rocklin increases the cost of living, some experts said it's great for the region.
