Congratulations to my first time home buyer on their amazing deal of a home! They reached out in fall of 2022 wondering what the process of buying will look like & by summer of 2023 we started home shopping. Took a minute to find the right property but I was able to get them an awesome short sale deal! They secured the home $45k under list price on top of that received $15k in credit from seller's bank for closing costs+rate buydown & walked into their home with $30k in equity! So happy for them & absolutely loved working together 🤍 If you think there are not deals out there for buyers you are wrong especially in today's market. If you are interested in purchasing a home not even now but even in 6 months or a year reach out and we can make sure you are prepared when the time comes. 📞

The newest changes in real estate nationwide! Keep in mind, sellers were never obligated to pay the buyers agents. Commissions have always been negotiable, its just been the normal thing to always do! Do you think sellers will still offer compensation? 🤔
