You know what's funny about this list...it's almost identical to the list from 2007...before the crash...
I don't think there's a crash coming now but I thought the same thing in 2006 lol. Never know.

I'm not sure what this says about the broader market. It could be that Zillow had just over extended their model.
While inventories of homes for sale have gone up slightly and price reductions nationwide have increased, I don't think this action by Zillow is wholly a result of that.

NPR: Zillow will stop buying and renovating homes and cut 25% of its workforce.

The company disclosed Tuesday that it lost about $304 million in the third quarter after purchasing homes at higher prices than it now expects to sell them at.

This is how it starts... Boise, Stockton and Austin..
I don't believe this is a bubble crash like 2008-2012 but it's a settling due to affordability, inventory and interest rates.
