Y'all I am so excited to be part of a new real estate team, I have known my new broker since my Midland days and had the good fortune to work several deals with him and his team. I think this will be a perfect fit for me. I wanted to share a little bit about the brokerage, we are all over the state and can help with residential, farm and ranch, commercial and much more!!
About The Real Estate Ranch
The Real Estate Ranch was founded in 2007, by Thomas Johnston, during the peak of an oil
boom. Times were rough and slow, but Thomas kept going, riding the wave and ultimately
succeeding in being one of the Top Real Estate Firms in the community and state.
The Real Estate Ranches foundation is built from a hard working agents perspective. The focus
is educating oneself on how to do real estate the right way, generating leads, and working for a
solid company that would treat you as an equal; not like cattle to be traded, bought, or sold.
Thomas knew he needed a good name that was not only catchy but one that would hold a good
reputation. One that cowboys in the west would ride for and die for. A company that wasn’t
ashamed of the name or leader in the company, the Trail boss, who could go out in public and
not be afraid of who he might see or run into.
Those were the foundational components Thomas felt would make a great brokerage, but he was
lacking one major component - associates. He knew what he expected of an Associate (not an
Agent).
Every Associate goes through an in-depth interview process where Thomas gets to know all
about them, their goals, expectations, values and morals. The Real Estate Ranch is not a come-
one-come all agency. This team is not a group that expects to be handed deals. We are not the
Realtors that don’t get out of bed until 10 am, take 2 – 3 hour lunches, or shut the phones off at
5pm. We are the group that hustles for deals. We find what others can’t. We always go the extra
mile to find exactly what our clients are looking for.
We forward our office phones every night to a cell phone, which means our office is always open
while others are closed. We know all the Builders, Surveyors, Inspectors, Insurance Providers,
Mortgage Officers, Title Companies, Roofer, Painters, Pool Inspectors, City Council, City
Employees (Code enforcement, Inspectors, & P&Z). We use people with a similar mindset as us
when it comes to getting business done; we want a Title Company who will answer our calls or
do a closing after hours, a Mortgage Officer who will take an app on the weekend, or a Surveyor,
Inspector, or Roofer who will meet us in a moment’s notice. Every Associate of The Real Estate
Ranch has high expectations of themselves and will strive to meet or exceed your every
expectation.

or Committee.
Return all calls, emails, and texts to anyone within 4 hours or have someone else cover for you.
I am not your babysitter. If I get a call from anyone looking for you, you will be terminated
immediately.
Any malicious acts toward Other Realtors, Banks, PBBOR Staff, Clients, or Customers will
Result in Termination of Your Brokerage Agreement at The Real Estate Ranch.
