The concrete pour is officially complete for this Anglo-Caribbean residence along Marea’s entry drive—marking the beginning of vertical progress on a home designed to make a lasting first impression. With expansive outdoor living, layered porches, and architecture rooted in coastal heritage, Lot 11 was designed for the rhythms of life on the Texas coast.
