SOLD! 🏡✨

A big congratulations to my sweet buyer clients on their beautiful new Rockport home! It was such a pleasure getting to know you and helping you find the right place to call home.

This one came together through a referral from a friend, which makes it feel even more special. I’m genuinely so grateful every time someone trusts me enough to send a friend, family member, or someone they know my way. Those referrals truly mean the world to me and allow me to keep doing what I love right here in the community I call home. 🤍

If you know someone looking to buy or sell in Rockport or anywhere along the South Texas Coast—whether they’re looking for a full-time home, a weekend getaway, or a place to enjoy with family—I would be honored to help them find the right fit too. 🫶🏻

THE LAST 10 DAYS 🌊

A few closings worth celebrating.

Three properties. Three different stories. And three clients who trusted me to help navigate the process from start to finish.

Behind every “SOLD” is so much more than a sign in the yard — there’s preparation before we ever hit the market, negotiations, inspections, contracts, problem-solving, and a whole lot of moving pieces.

I’m incredibly grateful for every client who lets me be part of such an important chapter. 🫶🏻

Thinking about making a move along the coast? Whether you’re buying, selling, or just starting to explore your options, I’d love to be a resource!

The part of real estate you don’t always see is often the part that matters most. 🙌🏼

Behind every successful transaction are dozens of conversations, scheduling showings, answering questions, advising strategically, solving unexpected challenges, and making sure every detail stays on track.

Whether I’m helping someone buy their next home or sell one they’ve loved, my job is to make the process as smooth, informed, and stress-free as possible.

If you’re thinking about buying or selling and want someone who’ll show up for you, send me a message. I’d love to help!

The older I get, the more I realize happiness looks a lot like an open floor plan on a quiet street in Lamar. 🤍

This beautiful home is officially SOLD and went under contract before the marketing video even made it to the feed—a testament to a great property and a smooth transaction from start to finish.

A huge congratulations to my seller clients, and thank you for trusting me with the sale of your home. It was a privilege to help you through this chapter.

Thank you Alissa Engel Spears for bringing the buyers! Wishing them nothing but wonderful memories and many years of enjoying this beautiful home in Lamar.
