Bayfront Condominiums at Kontiki

02/17/2026

I have some very sad news to share with our Kontiki family. Scooter Alexander went home be with our Lord yesterday morning. Scooter and his wife Nancy were owners of 103 and 106, and Scooter was a former Board member.

For those who were around when Harvey hit know how critical of a role Scooter played in rebuilding our beautiful complex. He literally acted as our general contractor for the better part of two years.

Please keep his wife Nancy and his family in your thoughts and prayers.
