I ran into my lovely, sensible friend while shopping at Woodman's. We agree that it doesn't matter who becomes president because we'll be fine either way as we always have been. Half the country is always mad anyway.
I don't know her voting choice and she doesn't know my choice. Furthermore, it's NO ONE'S BUSINESS! Voting is private. 🤐
I've snoozed😴 several people for 30 days because, apparently, they don't have a life beyond politics. 🥴
Please don't show how crazy😬 you are on this world platform tomorrow if your choice is not the people's choice or the electoral college choice. You've already shown how arrogant you are that we should vote YOUR way, which is the only right choice. 🤔 If you snooze or block me, I assure you I won't care because you ruin my days with your political anger and blabbering. 🤢

Wonderful work on the landscaping by Executive Lawn Services. The guys were rock stars and so nice to work with. We stayed with them from 9 am to 4:30pm and again at 5:30 when they returned to lay the mulch and water everything. Long day but all their questions got answered. Landscaping was designed by Dalice Clewer from Rockton Garden Works where we purchased the plants.
This Sunday, July 31st is the ribbon cutting ceremony and Unveiling of the sign. Open to the public. Rockton Mayor John Peterson will have the honor of cutting the ribbon.

Although things are proceeding, it's been a test of our patience waiting for each stage to happen. Just letting you know we are on top of every step and anxious to announce a date for the public ribbon cutting ceremony. ✂️ ETA end of July. 🙏

The service project is starting to move ahead!
Olson Signs is ready to print soon.
We met with Executive Lawn Services today to review the plan for new landscaping.
We have our eye on the end of June or early July for the completion. Mother Nature needs to cooperate, too. 🙏

Wondering what's going on with this service project? It was just too late in the year before cold weather and snow hit to print and hang the signs. So, we have waited till now and it's full steam ahead...of course, weather permitting to drive a lift truck across the field to hang the signs. Then new landscaping goes in before the ribbon cutting and celebration lunch which has to be by invitation only due to space in fellowship hall at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church.
We'll let you know as soon as we know when the signs are being hung. Olson Signs has enhanced the logos for each non-profit that will be displayed on the billboard.
Delice from Rockton Garden Center designed the new landscaping and everything will be purchased there.
Rockton Inn will cater the lunch. Owner, Kristie has worked with us on the menu.
