Cynthia Nakashian - Realtor - Douglas Elliman

Cynthia Nakashian - Realtor - Douglas Elliman I handle all of your real estate needs. Selling, buying, renting, market analyses, contacts with att I treat my clients as I would treat my own family.

As the daughter of a woman who was a successful real estate broker and developer, real estate was a part of my daily life. I, therefore, have a diverse and comprehensive foundation in and knowledge of the real estate industry. I have gone from joining her in-home showings homes, presenting to potential clients, building custom homes, office buildings, and condominium buildings, and then managing the sales of these units as well as managing multiple rental properties. My passion for real estate, along with the professionalism, devotion, and care I show my clients is what separates me from all the rest. I become more to my clients than just an agent. I become their advocate, their confidante, their motivator to get whatever it is they are looking for in a home. Trust, honesty, and integrity are the foundation of my relationships.

SOLD & CLOSED

91 Laurel Drive
Massapequa Park, NY. 11762

Buying a home is always exciting, but some transactions are extra special. This one was incredibly meaningful because we had the privilege of helping one of my son’s childhood friends become a homeowner.

There’s something truly special about beginning this new chapter in the very neighborhood where his story began. What a wonderful opportunity to put down roots where so many cherished memories were made.

It was an honor to guide him through the home-buying process and be part of such an important chapter in his life. Thank you for trusting us to help make your dream a reality. Congratulations on your wonderful new home and all the very best on this exciting journey!
