🏡💚😊 Closing time! I was actually the Seller today!!! An amazing family with 4 kids bought one of my flip houses in Roachdale! They are moving from Indy and are so excited to be on 1.7 acres with a huge backyard for their kids to play. This makes me happy. I was able to do what I love and make 6 lives better in the process. I’m loving this day. All the good things. ✅🥹‼️

Thanks to Emily, Rod and Michael for all they do to keep houses flippin’ around here! We’ve got 3 going at the same time right now and that’s no easy feat! 💚😉✅
