Here's the market reality no one talks about: in the last 6 months, 58 condos in 20910 canceled, expired, or withdrew from the market entirely. That's nearly double the number that actually sold (31). Right now, 68 more are sitting active or coming soon — competing for a very limited pool of buyers.
Getting to the closing table in this market isn't automatic. It takes honest pricing conversations, strategic adjustments, and sellers who are willing to respond to what the market is telling them. Our seller did exactly that — and they closed.
