It has top-of-the-market, in-house services like mortgage financing, settlement offices, and insurance products available for those who desire them. L&F utilizes innovative, cutting-edge technology, guaranteeing the best market exposure for sellers and buyers. As an industry leader, the company has every resource to assist my clients. Third, I want to devote my skill set, work ethic, and attention to detail to serve others. For sellers, I have a process to get to a successful sale – meaning a settlement that is within the desired timeframe, with the fewest possible problems, and netting the most money that the market will allow. I start with staging – paying for an hour of consultation from a professional stager in order to enhance the best features of a home. I do a complete market and home analysis so that my clients can choose the best price for their homes – taking into account that too-high and too-low prices reduce return. Marketing includes each property having its own website and being featured on social media. I have a detailed checklist to cover every detail of the journey from contract to settlement. For buyers, I have a similar checklist, and I have trusted contractors available to give advice on a home’s possibilities. For all clients, I promise regular communication.
