Don’t let the rise in interest rates bother you. It’s still very affordable. When I bought my home in 9/79, the interest rates were 10 3/4 and we put 20 percent down 9 months of marriage. I ask neighbors, friends and relatives if they are planning to sell soon and I have buyers for that price range. That way, it helps both the buyer and the seller. Call me with your questions and if I don’t know all the answers, I have a support team who does!!

It is very important to list what you want to accomplish tomorrow and set goals daily. Being organized really gets the job done. Also, make sure you are doing some form of exercise on a daily basis and drink a lot of water. Eat a healthy food plan as well.

With the Covid rates going up, when showing houses be sure to wear masks, have hand sanitizers but why not have a showing agent do the showing or ask the listing agent if you are at a higher risk. Thirdly, just stand outside while clients view the home.

I was just touched that I was at my high school reunion and the head chair person picked me out of all the people and spoke about how nice I have always treated people, how I got into real estate later in life after the legal field and enjoys seeing my posts on Face Book of my meeting clients at karaoke, restaurants, referrals and now I can help these folks. Here is a suggestion when you get an inquiry to do a rental. Before you take that prospective tenant, have them get their credit score on Credit Karma so that they see if they meet the requirements and if not a lot of time is saved.
