I realized that while many of you know me, there are also quite a few who may not know much about my background or what led me into real estate. So, I thought I'd take a moment to introduce myself, share a little about my journey…..
One of the best parts of my career has always been the people I've had the privilege of meeting and serving. Whether through our family's house plan business, my landscape company, youth hockey, or now real estate, I've built lifelong relationships by simply treating people the way I'd want to be treated.
Whether we've known each other for years or we're just getting acquainted, I thought this would be a great opportunity to share a little about who I am, where I come from, and what I bring to the table as your Trusted Real Estate Agent & Realtor.

⭐️ Decades of experience helping sell luxury and custom house plans while working alongside my father, renowned AIA Architect Fred Wynn, and then working with my brother Erich and Mother Alice=to relocate the family business out to Heath, Texas and continuing our family business in a new and exciting way to the evolution of selling house plans online. ⭐️ Former owner of Wynnscapes, a Landscape Contracting company, proudly serving clients throughout Dallas, Rockwall, Plano, and surrounding communities for more than 25 years�
⭐️ Husband to an amazing & beautiful Wife Angie Melton Wynn, a lifelong educator, & Dedicated and Loving Mother to our 2 boys, who inspires me every day�
⭐️ Proud dad of two incredible sons and thankful to watch them grow into outstanding young men�
⭐️ Passionate Sports fan ⛳️ 🏀 ⚽️ 🏈 🏒& fan of HS sports and high school hockey, building lasting friendships with families throughout Plano, Rockwall, Dallas, and the DFW hockey community�

My Story:
Homes have always been a part of my life.
For decades, I had the privilege of helping builders, developers, and homeowners find the right house plans through our family's business, originally founded by my father, Fred Wynn, AIA. He built a respected architectural design firm that served clients for over 50 years, and after his passing, our family worked together to continue his legacy. Today, as COO of HousePlansOnline.net, I'm honored to help lead the company's next chapter by providing quality ready-to-build house plans to clients across the country.
Before becoming a Realtor®, I also owned and operated Wynnscapes, a small landscape contracting company for more than 25 years. Building that business taught me invaluable lessons about customer service, communication, leadership, managing employees, problem-solving, organization, hard-work, and earning people's trust. Serving homeowners across Dallas, Plano, Rockwall, and surrounding communities reinforced something I've always believed, that taking great care of people is the key to any successful business.
Those experiences naturally led me into real estate.
Having spent decades helping clients purchase house plans, working closely with builders and homeowners, and owning a business dedicated to improving homes and outdoor living spaces, I understand homes from multiple perspectives. Whether you're purchasing your first home, upgrading to your next dream home, building a custom home, downsizing, or selling your current home, I bring practical experience, industry knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm to every client relationship.
Family is everything to me.
My wife has devoted her career to educating and serving others, and her servant's heart inspires me daily. Together we've been blessed with two wonderful sons who continue to make us proud. Watching them grow, compete, and pursue their goals has been one of the greatest joys of my life. Watching, Organizing, Serving on League boards, coaching youth and high school=aged players in hockey has also allowed me to build lasting friendships with families throughout Plano and the DFW area while giving back to a sport our family loves.
Growing up in East Dallas and attending Bryan Adams High School, gave me a deep appreciation for neighborhoods like Casa Linda, Casa View, Ash Creek, Lakewood, Lake Highlands, White Rock Lake, and many other parts of the city. Living and working in Rockwall and Heath for nearly two decades has given me extensive knowledge of the Lake Ray Hubbard communities all over Rockwall and Heath and Rowlett too, while years of business, family, and hockey connections have also kept me closely connected to Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, and communities throughout North Texas.
