Real Estate Agents!!
I know the last few years have been harder, slower, and more challenging for a lot of us. That’s one of the reasons I talk so much about vertical stacking—finding additional ways to create income within the same industry and with the clients you’re already working with.
That’s actually why I decided to get into mortgage lending.
I wanted to be able to offer additional services to my clients and hopefully make their home buying, refinancing, HELOC, and DSCR investment experiences as smooth and as successful as possible.
And honestly, I think this is something more real estate agents should at least consider.
If you’ve represented at least 6 buyers in the past year, you may qualify to become licensed to originate mortgages and work alongside an experienced lender partner while continuing to run your real estate business.
You don’t have to leave real estate.
You don’t have to become a full-time lender.
And you don’t have to figure out the entire mortgage process by yourself.
The goal is simple: add another service to what you’re already doing and create another potential source of income within the same industry.
I know the questions are probably going through your head:
“Can I really do this?”
“How would this work with my real estate business?”
“Who actually handles the loan?”
“Will I have someone helping me?”
“What could the additional income look like?”
Those are all good questions, and you should have them before deciding if this is right for you.
If you’re curious, DM me “MORTGAGE.” I’ll be happy to walk you through how it works and let you decide if it makes sense for you and your business.
No pressure. No sales pitch. Just another option worth knowing about.
*This is not a referral-fee arrangement. Mortgage-related compensation must be based on actual services performed and applicable licensing and compliance requirements—not simply referring a client to a lender.*
