The Henderson County real estate market continues to show signs of renewed activity as we move into the heart of the summer lake season.

📈 What we're seeing:
• 36 homes sold – up 64% from this time last year
• 48 new listings hit the market – up 55% year over year
• 19 homes went under contract – a remarkable 217% increase from last year
• 52 price reductions remind us that buyers are still looking for value and are carefully comparing their options
