Today I'm very glad I'm not a member of NAR, all the money they forced me pay and everyone else and we got nothing for it, and now hanging agents out to dry and buyers. This rule for Realtors who are members will make the buyer essentially pay twice! Once to the agent at close and once with interest when they purchase. Smh
