According to the National Association of REALTORs' total home sale listings are down by 8.1 percent. Inventories have sunk to their second lowest level since 2012. Prices are up for median homes by 9.6 percent. There is a shortage of Inventory of homes for sale. However, spring homebuying season has begun and pending homes sales have already increased.
