Buyers have moved on, and some design choices can work against sellers right now:
❌ all-gray interiors
❌ too much shiplap
❌ overly matched metal finishes
❌ open shelving everywhere
❌ generic open floor plans
❌ single-use bonus rooms
None of these will kill a sale, but they can create hesitation and lead to more negotiation.
