The truth is, if you’re bored, you’re just looking in the wrong places.

There are farmers markets where every stall hits, the park that everybody’s gatekeeping, and the one restaurant patio that fills up fast.

Here are a few worth knowing: 👇

Dallas Farmers Market: Peak weekend energy—fresh florals, local bites, and the best “I’ll just browse” turns into a full-on haul.

Klyde Warren Park: Food trucks + skyline views + always something happening (and yes, it’s as chic as it sounds).

Bishop Arts District: Boutique strolling, coffee stops, and the kind of dinner plans that turn into “let’s stay out a little longer.”

The Katy Trail + Ice House: A sunset walk that ends with patio drinks—Dallas perfection.

POV: Real estate brought us here, but community is what keeps us here. ❤️

This weekend was one for the books at Stearman Lane Movie Night! 🎬✨

We traded contracts for cookouts, fired up the Blackstone, served hotdogs, hamburgers, and chips, and spent the evening doing what matters most—getting to know our neighbors and creating memories together.

One of my favorite parts of this business isn’t selling houses… it’s watching strangers become friends and neighborhoods become communities. 🏡

Sometimes the best weekends have nothing to do with real estate and everything to do with slowing down, touching grass, laughing with neighbors, and making core memories under the stars.
