💥We closed on our sweet😘 couple the Daugherty’s home🏠 yesterday! They recently moved back to Dallas to make this their FOREVER HOME. We started out with a positive attitude and a good budget. On our first time out, we looked 👀 at a few of homes made an offer on one which was accepted. But after the inspection Star and Al were leery😳😳of a few items that came back in the report so, we terminated the contract. After repeating this sequence👀🙄😳😢 a few times with the last inspection worse than the first, I knew I had to come up with something different. So, before Al or Star said anything about terminating, I came up with a 💡💡Idea.

I contacted a few builders👷‍♂️🪚🧰 and found one that had some special incentives. They would buy down their interest rate which helped them to purchase a home by increasing their budget💲 and allowed them to get a NEW BUILD🏠HOME! We tour 4 homes with the builder’s 👩‍💼representative and found the perfect home with NO issues for years to come! Congratulations🥳🥳 Al and Star Daugherty on your Forever 🏠 Home!
