As we head back to school, let's all do our part to keep our students, staff, and families safe.

🛑 Slow down in school zones.
🚸 Watch for children, crossing guards, and families walking to and from school.
🚗 Drive cautiously through school parking lots and through our property.
📵 Put the phone away—no text, call, or notification is worth risking a child's safety.
🚌 NEVER pass a school bus when its stop arm is extended and the red lights are flashing. Children may be crossing the road, and stopping could save a life.

A few extra minutes of patience can make all the difference. Let's work together to make this school year a safe one for everyone.

To help keep the pool area safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone, please remember the following:

• Maximum of 2 guests per apartment
• Proper swim attire is required
• No glass containers allowed
• No large floaties or oversized inflatables
• No jumping off the fountain
• Please pick up all trash before leaving
• Please do not use the restroom in the pool — restrooms are available by the pool area
