I’m not judging if you’ve clicked that button before.

Most buyers think they’re reaching out for more information on a specific home.

What many don’t realize is that submitting your information often connects you with an agent who paid for placement on that property, not necessarily the listing agent or someone you’ve chosen to represent you.

There’s nothing wrong with that, but it’s important to understand who you’re talking to and who is actually representing your best interests.

Before you start scheduling showings or sharing personal information, make sure you have an agent you trust guiding the process from the beginning.
