Some of the best things I can do as your Realtor® are the things you might not expect.

1. I don’t tell you to wait for interest rates to drop.
No one knows exactly where rates are headed. I help you look at the numbers today and decide whether buying makes sense for you now.

2.I don’t automatically recommend the highest offer.
Price is only one piece of a strong offer. Terms, timing and strategy can matter just as much.

3. I don’t go quiet after closing.
Need a contractor, have a homeownership question or want to know what your home is worth? I’m still your resource long after you get the keys.

4. I don’t assume a “new” home means a perfect home.
New construction can have issues too. I still encourage inspections and advocate for you throughout the process.

5. I don’t stop negotiating once your offer is accepted.

Getting under contract is just the beginning. Inspections, repairs, appraisal and other terms can create opportunities to negotiate.

I’m not here to predict the market, push you into a decision or simply get you to closing. I’m here to help you understand your options, look at the numbers, negotiate strategically and make a move when it makes sense for you.

And my job doesn’t end when I hand you the keys. 🏡
