Howdy all! June is national homeownership month! To All those who I’ve helped to find your home, thank you for letting me be a part of that journey! And to those I have yet to help, I can’t wait to be a part of your homeownership journey!

Now the fun part!! Tell me your favorite thing about your house. Is it one little space or the whole room? Maybe it’s the way the light comes in at a particular time of day?

One of mine is this little section of my backyard in the early morning. It’s so peaceful!

If the seller accepts the offer, the deal is done. If the seller rejects the offer, the deal is off. If the seller counters the offer, the deal is still on, but the terms of the offer have changed.

The buyer then has three options: accept the counteroffer, reject the counteroffer, or make another counteroffer. If the buyer accepts the counteroffer, the deal is done. If the buyer rejects the counteroffer, the deal is off. If the buyer makes another counteroffer, the process starts all over again.
