Cuyahoga County is updating exterior property photographs as part of its ongoing appraisal update process.

Residents may see clearly marked Cyclomedia vehicles photographing properties from public streets and, in some cases, driveways.

The images will help keep property records current and support an efficient appraisal process. Identifiable faces and license plates will be blurred to protect privacy.

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
North Olmsted Recreation Center
Both Collections will occur simultaneously
Shredding: 2 bags/boxes per resident
Computers: no businesses
Items collected: CPUs, monitors, keyboards, software, mice, printers, terminals, modems, ink jet cartridges, cell phones, etc.
Televisions and other electronics are not accepted.

Heritage Home Program
Announces New Lending Partner

PNC Bank will offer a discounted interest rate to homeowners referred through the Heritage Home Program on qualifying interior and exterior home improvement projects.

For qualifying projects, homeowners who apply with PNC must meet the lender's requirements.

If approved, they will receive a .5% rate discount on PNC's Home Equity products used for the Heritage Home Program projects.
