Just a quick update : We have our permit finally . Waiting on contractor . We hope to be back in the next month fingers crossed. We were blessed with some sand over the last couple of weeks😁

We are down but not out yet!! We regret to say our neighbor to the north I can smell the ocean was taken by the ocean last week as many of you have seen on the news. In the process debris took our stairs and we had some damage to the septic system. We are in the process with Dare co to obtain the permits and get the house going again . Hopefully this process will only take a few months before we are up and running again. With that being said if you rent from us we will keep you informed of the progress. This house has brought joy to our family and many others over the past years we plan to continue this untill mother nature decides other wise. We plan on doing so new things in the house and hopefully will be back and running asap. Thank you all for the calls and concerns with our home.

We are not up and running yet . We are hoping to have guests this Sunday. Not much damage just a lot of red tape. Fingers crossed we will be accepting quests this Sunday.

Gearing up for another great rental season on this beautiful piece of Heaven. Lots of changes on Hatteras island and the new bridge is getting closer to completion. Some new interior changes also. Please be kind and patient with the local stores it's been alot busier for them these past years and alot of adapting to stay open. Hope everyone has a great season.
