If you’re charging $250–$350 per traditional file, it’s not just hurting you, it’s hurting the entire TC industry.
Transaction Coordinators are the backbone of every smooth closing.

While agents are:
• Spending time with family
• Prospecting new clients
• Going on appointments
We’re up late:
• Clearing conditions
• Chasing signatures
• Fixing contract issues
• Following up with title, lenders, and escrow
• Making sure deals actually close
Yet somehow, our work is still being priced like it’s “administrative help.”
⚠️ When TCs undervalue their services:
• Burnout becomes inevitable
• Quality drops
• Boundaries disappear
• The role becomes unsustainable
This is why so many TCs feel frustrated, overworked, and stuck.
